Study on Sustainable Growth Mechanism and Strategy for Construction Enterprise Based on Open Innovation
Construction occupies a decisive position in nation economy, as one of the four pillars of mainstay of the national economy. Its sustainable growth mechanism and strategy has been concerned greatly by the business circle and academia, has become a hot spot of research. On the definition of opening innovation, this paper analyses the nature of knowledge of the construction, expounds the difference between opening innovation and closing innovation, explores internal consistency of opening innovation and the construction enterprise’s growth, explains clearly it is the inevitable trend for historical development that the construction enterprise insisting on opening innovation is to be a development road. analyses the key factor affecting of the construction enterprise’s inner growth, dissects the key growth factor in different life cycles of enterprise, elaborates further the mechanism that opening innovation effects the construction enterprise’s sustainable growth, and raises concrete strategy of construction enterprise’ growth in innovation perspective, include: break with the conventional idea, advance system innovation, establish and optimize technological innovation system, establish and perfect technological innovation personnel incentive mechanism, increase technological innovation cost input, and so on.
