On Strategy Framework of Real Estate Enterprises Based on CSR in China
The real estate market has been into the adjustment period in China since 2007. Now, it is in the downward stage of cycle. Especially subprime lending crisis in U.S, the government realizes that the real estate bubble, financial risk and crisis may affect economic development and endanger the social stability and outcome of reform and opening-up. It is nessesary we should take measures to squeeze the market bubble in order to make sustainable, healthy and stable development of the real estate market. Under these circumstances, this paper analyzes the stokeholder theory,and then points out the model of real estate’s strategy based on CSR in order to improve its’ core competitivness. This model considers adequately the major and the secondary stokeholder which the enterprises face.At last, the paper studies the model and framework system of the real estate corporate based on CSR.
