Application Study of CSR in the Crisis Management of Construction Enterprises
With the globally sweeping of financial crisis originated from the United States, many of the worlds financial giants collapsed, and the crisis’ impact moved to the real economy, the construction industry is no exception. Facing with the global financial crisis and the new policy of Chinese government to stimulate domestic demand while maintain the stability, Chinas construction industry is increasingly exposed a series of problems. So one must consider how to make the construction enterprises become bigger and stronger, how to enhance the overall quality and competitiveness of this industry and how to promote sustainable development. Committing to social responsibility is a strong booster to avoid the crisis, resolve the harm done by the crisis and it’s also a method rehabilitating the crisis successfully in order to achieve a sustainable development. This paper cards the practice exploration and theoretical analysis according to corporate social responsibility at home and abroad. By investigating the top 5 large-scale Chinese construction enterprises’ website, this paper analyzes the current situation and their motives, and gains relevant inspiration.
