Analysis on Assistant Strategy for Construction Enterprise’s Bidding and Quotation
Currently, most of enterprises adopt competitive bidding quotation strategy. In order to expand market share, construction enterprise adjust bidding quotation, in order to develop market and earn low profit. Upon accurate calculation on cost, it aims to evaluate quotations from competitors so as to win the bid by means of competitive quotation. There are many factors affecting quotation, besides qualitative strategy for quotation, further assistant strategy study shall be performed and certain qualitative analysis shall be made. In this thesis, upon considering probability models and on the basis of knowing quotations from competitors many times, according to historical tendering price status of both competitors and the enterprise itself, it is possible to determine most favorable quotation, guide construction enterprise to make bidding and quotation decision effectively and improve bid-win rate. At the same time, shortages and improvements of probability model in bidding and quotation strategy is also discussed and analyzed faults.
