Research on the Partner Selection Model of Virtual Real Estate Enterprises

摘要：

This paper introduces the characteristics of virtual management, builds a real estate enterprise partner selection and optimization of partner selection model on virtual operation, through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in quantitative risk assessment, solves the real estate enterprise’ problem of partner choice. The author concludes that the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in a virtual real estate enterprises partner of choice. Evaluation options can be used as the basis for cooperation, to evaluate the most suitable partner companies to form a virtual business strategy.
