Marketing Competence Assessment of Listed Real Estate Firm Based on AHP and Fuzzy Neural Network

Marketing competence of real estate mainly reflects the ability of creating customer and market operation on the condition of the current sub-loan crisis. How to make revitalization of real estate and stimulate demand according to marketing competences is hot focus to real estate developers. Based on 13 typical China listed real estate firms’ data available to be attained and real. The paper combines AHP and Fuzzy neural network to build the marketing competence assessment model, gets the assessment score of every real estate, thus applies fuzzy neural network in training and testing samples that stems from AHP, research result indicates that the assessment model based on AHP and BP neural network is applicable, moreover, reduces the influence of the proportion of subjectivity.
