Research on Framework of IT Value Scorecard in Real Estate Company

摘要：

With the development and application of IT, it’s very necessary and important to evaluate the performance of IT project implementation. According to analysis of the contents of balanced score card, this paper discusses the balanced framework of key performance indicator used to evaluate the performance and efforts of IT project, the framework included four aspects of balance such as long term and short term, process and result, financial and non-financial, internal and external. This paper’s results will be benefit to further study of how to improve performance through implementing performance management system for IT projects.
