The Selection of Strategy for Large Chinese Contractors’ Ezpansion in the International Market
Under the global economical crises, the international market has been strongly impacted; all the international contractors are influenced as well. For the “Going out strategy of Chinese contractors, it seems not only a challenge, but also a good chance for us to make a transformation on the strategy, especially for the large contractors. This paper gives a framework for these ones on the strategic analysis and selection. Based on the analysis both on the external and the internal factors and it gives the IFE and EFE matrix, and then we could find a specific strategy in IE matrix. At last, for the given strategies we get above and on the basis of QSPM model, it gives out a more proper quantitative method for the contractor on their selection and evaluation of the strategy. Consequently, we can choose the strategy that gets the highest score as our optimum choice.
