Study on Knowledge Map Application in Real Estate Project Development

摘要：

Right now, real estate enterprises generally adopts flexible organizational structure, leading to relative independence between projects, which results in difficulties of knowledge acquisition and knowledge loss in the process of project development. Knowledge map has facilitated the resolution of this problem, considering the special organizational structure characteristics in real estate project development, this paper studies the necessity and Feasibility for real estate enterprises to apply knowledge map in developing projects based on the demonstration of basic conception and functions of knowledge map. Then this paper proposes a practical knowledge map model oriented to the process of project development which includes tacit knowledge map and explicit knowledge map.Finally, this paper puts forward some notes which should be considered in the process of constructing the knowledge map.
