The Factor Analysis and Empirical Analysis Affect on Knowledge New Employees’ Turnover in the Area of Architecture in China
Based on the concerned documents and research hypothesis, a model of relationship between.knowledge new workers’ turnover and the exterior factor is proposed. In this article, 228 knowledge new employees in the stated-owned enterprise are adopted as the research samples. Using the methods such as relative analyze, stepwise regression analysis and statistics of description, the influences of the Turnover Intention of employees are analyzed. All the data and information are come from the questionnaire and deep interview. In the process, something can be seen easily, that is, the satisfaction to the job and Organizational Identification are the important factors which affect the turnover intention to the knowledge employees. So the manager should pay attention to those and improve them with the result that reducing the number of unconstraint tumover.
