The Research of Knowledge Management in Real Estate Company Based on Gray Evaluation Model gmail.com
The evaluation of the ability of knowledge management is the important access to understand the present situation and clarify the level of knowledge management. The object of study in this paper is the ability of knowledge management in real estate enterprise. Combined with features of real estate enterprise, the paper constructs a two-dimensional comprehensive evaluation index system, and the same time, set a grey evaluation model of knowledge management by using AHP, fuzzy mathematics and grey evaluation method for evaluating the knowledge management performances of different departments or projects. Meanwhile the evaluation model provides the decision-making basis to help the development of knowledge management in real estate enterprise.
