Study on Intellectual Property Rights Risks and Management Countermeasures in Real Estate Industry

摘要：

The development of real estate industry is closely related to the protection and the application of Intellectual property rights (IPR) at home and abroad. Such behaviors as engineering design, bidding, construction, real estate advertisement and building sales should comply with copyright law, trademark law, patent law and other laws. At present IPR-related disputes are on an upward trend in the field of real estate. Based on comprehensive and systematic analysis on the sorts and features of numerous risks caused by IPR infringements, the paper puts forward IPR risk management model so as to provide the relevant risk prevention strategies as well as effective legal protection measures.
