Preventing Free-Ride in Knowledge Sharing of Enterprise-Type Customer Team Based on Multi-stage Dynamic Game
The sharing of enterprise-type customer knowledge is very important to the real estate enterprise. And if a real estate enterprise shares knowledge with enterprise-customer alliance or team, it can not only save the resources used to share knowledge but also obtain the collective knowledge so as to better grasp and understand the changes of demands of enterprise-type customers. However, freeride problem is inevitable in the process of knowledge sharing between enterprise-type customer team and the real estate enterprise. Based on the principal-agent theory, mechanism design theory and multi-stage dynamic game theory, this paper establishes a two enterprise-type customers and two-stage dynamic game model to research the free-ride problem. And through designing different incentive coefficients in each stage, we make the threat of retaliation which the enterprise-type customer making efforts to share knowledge in the first stage takes in the secondary stage become believable. In detail, the free-ride phenomenon can be prevented as long as the incentive coefficient when both of two enterprise-type customers in the team make efforts to share knowledge is more than that when a member of enterprise-type customer team takes the lazy strategy in the first, but less than that when the member making efforts to share knowledge in the first stage takes the evaluative action in the secondary stage. The validity of this design method of incentive coefficient has been proved in this paper and the analyses of multi-stage can be extended according the research results in this paper.
