Research on Knowledge Management for Real Estate Enterprises

摘要：

Following the booming economic globalization and technological progress, ever-increasingly the modern real estate projects scale is growing; the substance of the project more complicated, construction demand higher, and involved aspects more extensive. The popularization and application of knowledge management is necessary for real estate enterprises to maintain sustainable development, as an important approach for them to realize spanned development, and more a rare opportunity for Chinas real estate enterprises to attain and outdo world-class level. In this paper, the situation of knowledge management in real estate enterprises are studied to probe into and discuss the measures of knowledge management for real estate enterprises, to model knowledge management in real estate enterprises.
