Real Estate Enterprise Knowledge Management Based on Learning Organization
Knowledge is the strategic resource of enterprises, the studies of which has become a hot topic in business management research field. Real estate enterprises implementing knowledge management can achieve knowledge Value-added and innovative, as well as improve the knowledge-loss condition, increase knowledge resource utilization ratio and strengthen the enterprise core competence through knowledge acquisition, dissemination, storage and sharing. Presently, many scholars have studied knowledge management of real estate enterprises from different aspects. Based on the analysis of learning organization connotation and discussion of the relationship between the Learning Organization and knowledge management, this paper proposed that the realization of real estate enterprises knowledge management need to be dependent on the Learning Organization. Through the establishment of learning organization in real estate enterprise, the knowledge in real estate enterprises can be managed effectively. Lastly the measures and recommendations of building a learning organization in the real estate enterprises are proposed in accordance with the features of real estate enterprises.
