Application of Real Option in Value Assessment on Franchising Infrastructure Projects
It is vital for the deve1opment of society to keep infrastructure and economy increasing in balance. The government has effectively drawed the non-public capital by the way of franchising to solve the problem. But the franchising infrastructure project is affected seriously by the uncertainty factors, in which the core problem is how to estimate the value of franchising infrastructure projects correctly. The article analyses the current status and character of franchising infrastructure projects, sums up the common methods for estimating the value of franchising infrastructure project, and innovatively applies real option to this problem to prove the conclusion that Real Option method can solve the uncertainty effects on the franchising infrastructure project and is a good perfection to the traditional methods.
