Study on the Impactful Elements in Eco-Typed Villages House Quality Assurance System: Analyzed by Interpretative Structural Modeling
This paper, after a thorough survey over 36 villages in the north of Jiangsu Province in China by using questionnaires, interviews and other ways, found that almost all rural buildings had the problems of poor quality, non-standard design, high energy consumption, and poor heat insulation, which could not meet the demand for a sustainable development in rural housing ecologically. It is necessary to establish a set of construction quality assurance system for ecological residential villages to guide house-building, to ensure the steady improvement in the quality of rural housing. The author analyzed the factors that had impacted housing quality in the process of eco-typed rural house building, and studied the relationship among the impactful elements. By establishing the interpretative structural model, this paper cleared the hierarchical relationship among the relevant elements, and put forward a quality assurance system for eco-rural residency construction. This system is to first set up a house-construction standard, then standardize the construction process, adopts appropriate financing means, implements effective supervision and offer plan design for the rural housing and finally to improve the house construction quality by improving the quality of construction materials and adopting the appropriate construction models.
