A Comparison of the Law and Regulation for Building Energy Saving in China and the United States

摘要：

The general situation of building energy saving legislation in the United States and China was introduced. The main content of law and regulation in the United States were outlined. The problems existing in Chinese building energy saving were analyzed. On the analysis of the United States energy saving legislation characteristics, the legislation development time and motivity, the government effect, and four aspects were summarized as the references to Chinese government to establish the law and regulation in building energy saving.
