The Research on the Leading Work of Real Estate Enterprises in Building Energy Efficiency
China have taken great efforts on legislating, researching new building materials, implementing the incentive policies, using renewable resources, improving the ability of employees, and strengthening publicity in the past few years when China began to focus on the building energy efficiency. But there is still a long way to go further. The dominant status of Real estate enterprises that the companies effectively have these works integrates into an organic system and so that make the progress of technology and policies be objective and directional, which could be a foundation for the development, is very important. Through this paper, what kind of the business should be done by the enterprises, and the workflow also be set up.
