Evaluation on Models of Energy Efficient Retrofitting for Ezisting Residential Buildings in North China Based on AHP-FUZZY Method
The energy efficient retrofitting for existing residential buildings was started in Northern areas of China Since 2008, and it has got great achievements in some provinces. Many retrofitting models were created. According to the analysis on these completed retrofitting cases, we wanted to know the main influence factors of the energy efficient retrofit, and how to choice retrofitting model. In order to evaluate each prototype, first, an index system for the choice of energy efficient retrofitting model was created, and the weights of each index were worked out by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Second, an evaluation model was developed with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The result indicated the feasibility of the each retrofitting model.
