Legal Problems and Their Solutions in Foreign-Related Real Estate Development

摘要：

The foreign-related real estate development could help improving of investment environment, attracting foreign investment, learning the advanced experiences in management, enhancing the management level and prospering the economy. However, there are also some problems in the field of foreign-related real estate development, including the insufficient supply of the legal system, the fable enforcement of administrative law and implementation of policies, as well as the ineffectiveness of judicial remedy. This article will study the evolution of the foreign-related real estate development system in China and give solutions to the main problems in this area.
