The Investment on Indemnificatory Housing Based on Residential Filter Theory
Under the current international financial crisis and Chinese real estate market depression, the central government of China decided to make huge investment in 2009 mainly on people’s livelihood projects such as indemnificatory housing, education, sanitation and culture. Therefore, the indemnificatory housing will certainly become the focus of national housing policy. Under such situation, the author, in response to the high vacancy rate of commercial apartments in China’s real estate market, proposes to solve the housing problem for the low and middle income group with the application of residential filter theory and discusses the implementation in detail.
