Construction of Real Estate Development Mode Based on Circular Economy Evaluation Indez System

摘要：

This paper leads the circular economy ideas into real estate enterprises, analyzes the current non-economic phenomenon in the development of real estate industry, combines with the idea of sustainable development, and establishes the circular economy evaluation index system based on real estate industry from the point of resource consumption and resource conversion. Based on the concept of circular economy and the evaluation thinking of the project entire life cycle, this paper puts forward specific requirements of real estate development including the project planning and design stage, construction stage, use stage, aging phase of the project, and construction the development model of the real estate based on the concept of circular economy.
