The Research on Indemnificatory Housing Based upon Gradient Theory and Filtering Model

摘要：

The problems of the classification to the residents and the supply shortage in indemnificatory housing（IH） have seriously impaired the housing security system since the policy on it was implemented. The ensured people are re-classified into four groups based on the gradient consumption model in this paper, and meanwhile the gradient supply model of the housing security system is presented. Furthermore, based on the gradient supply model and residential filtering theory, filtering model for supply in IH was put forward in order that Access Mechanism and Exit Mechanism were considered at the same time. In a word, re-classification of the guaranteed people and establishment of mode for supply in this area are required, and what’s more effective housing security system can be realized through active exploration in this paper.
