Based on Supply and Demand Theory Analyze China’s Commercial Housing Price Fluctuations
By the impact of the global financial crisis, Chinas commercial housing price appears the significant downturn in 2008 after keeping rising for several years, and gradually becomes more rational regression. The trend of commercial housing price will be uncertain in the next several years, and it still exists the possibility of fluctuations. Therefore, in accordance with Chinas specific situation, and with the combined methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this article from the perspective of market’s demand and supply analyzes the reasons that Chinas commercial housing price continues to fluctuate, and further proposes the corresponding policy recommendations.
