A Study on the Supply-Demand Forecast and Countermeasures for Security Housing in Harbin City between 2010 and 2020

摘要：

In the face of a large percentage of citizens with lower income in Harbin, how to solve the city’s low-income families’ housing security problem has increasingly become the focus of the public and all walks of life. After analyzing the present supply-demand status of the indemnificatory housing in Harbin, its features and weak points are put forward here. With the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, a measurement indicator system is built up and applied with regression analysis. Supply and demand of the indemnificatory housing in Harbin city between 2010 and 2020 is forecast here with the use of Eviews. Thus, countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant policies are proposed in this paper based on these analyses.
