The Influence of Ezchange Rate’sluctuation to Real Estate in Jilin Province

摘要：

The article mainly use the influence and drive of the exchange rate fluctuation to Jilin real estate market, after investigation, it can use inflation factor to hunt for the Jilin real estate markets fluctuation, to clarify the long-term balance analysis of Jilin real estate market, and to know how much the influential factor of Jilin commercial house can explain the long-term price fluctuation, in the end to conclude the fluctuation of exchange rate to Jilin real estate market actually. Hence, the article has instructional meaning to push Jilin real estate market.
