Empirical Analysis of the Influencing Factors about the Commercial Housing Prices in Harbin
In recent years, housing prices continue to rise in Harbin.It not only pulls the market economy but also brings a serious challenge on the consumers ability to pay. To the long-term stability of our society, the benefits of this status can not offset the disadvantages.In this paper, relying on the dates about the Harbin’s commercial housing in 2000-2007, we use SPSS statistical method to make the quantitative analysis of some influencing factors about the commercial housing prices, and obtain the three most important factors: annual average household disposable income, investment and lending rate. At last, on this basis, some related political recommendations about real estate finance market and macro-control system are given.
