The Accuracy and Error Analysis of Real Estate Appraisal

摘要：

Appraisal error in real estate appraisal field is the difference between appraisal result and appraisal value standard. The accuracy of real estate appraisal may be discussed from the result angle or the process angle. My paper, based on error theory and systematic analytical method, put forward that we should seek error avoidance way by the comprehensive thought of appraisal purpose, objects and subjects, appraisal procedures, methods used and information concerned.
