Study on the Influential Factors of Urban Housing Value Based on Value Theories

Many important researches on urban housing prices have been done during the past years. But few researches on urban housing value have been explored. Based on value theories, this paper differentiates between the two concepts, probes into the influential factors of urban housing value. By analyzing their mechanism of action, the influential factors theoretical model is presented. It could inform the property developers how to promote the housing value to obtain the maximal profit and the investors how to achieve the maximization of utility.
