The Study of Fluctuation Mechanism of Commercial Residential Market

摘要：

There is close relation between macro-economy and real estate industry, which reacts with each other. Commercial residential market is an important part of real estate market, and fluctuation of commercial residential market can influence national economy development to a certain extent. Based on systematic analysis for interior construction and operation dynamics of residential market, this paper makes deep research for exterior impact and interior transmission in residential market, and establishes the comprehensive model of impact-transmission in residential market, which is very constructive for restraining the real estate market fluctuation and keeping commercial residential market run healthily and steadily.
