Factors Analysis and Housing Gap between Distinct Income Groups of Towners in Harbin

摘要：

This paper measures housing gap between distinct income groups of towners in Harbin during the period of 2000-2006 using Weighed Coefficient of Variation method and then goes on to explore the reasons of the gap through the multiple regression analysis. The results show the housing variation coefficient holds above 0.43 at all times between distinct income groups of towners in Harbin, and the trend is descending in recent years. The income inequity has most significant influence upon housing gap between distinct income groups of towners in Harbin, on the growth rate of housing prices and on the housing structure follow.
