Study of Urban Residential Harmony Integration

摘要：

With the fast speed of modernization and urbanization in China, people’s housing consumption rigidly grows. Thus, the pace of the urban construction district is accelerating. However, many problems have also been explored during this period. In this paper, firstly the concept of urban residential harmony integration is given, then the theory and principles that residential harmony integration should follow are put forward. Next the process of residential harmony integration is divided into two levels, demand level and product level. Based on consumers demand and social and economic condition, we can decide various residential factors, then integrate internal function and structure, external environment and theme connotation so that all aspects of residential products can match together very well, thus residential value can be promoted.
