Quantitative Evaluation Method and Its Application for the Effect of Urban Land Ecological Use in Harbin
Based on the ecological footprint method Wackernagel had made (EF), reference on the current new algorithm in the international academic, especially in the balance factors, production of different types of land are based on the actual value, take full account of technological progress, the impact of social policies.focus on eco-system, then make a specific study on the ecological footprint concept and calculation of the basic theoretical model and the appliance of the model. analyzing and synthesizing of the scholars about how to understand land ecological planning before. This paper analyzes the ecological status of the land in Harbin,selects some Analysis of indicators, then Establish a Harbin urban land ecological footprint model. finally come to the conclusions on status of Harbin urban land ecological use and propose some effective policy advice about urban land ecological use in Harbin,without lowering the standard of living of people to reduce the ecological footprint, and improve the urban capacity for sustainable development,then make some important advice for the measures.
