The Statistical Planning Study about Heilongjiang Urban Land Eco-economic System
As is known, the concept of ecological security hasn’t yet been made generally acknowledged at present. Therefore, the ecological security research remains still at the primary stage, from the perspective of ecological economics, urban land is not only an ecosystem is an economic system. Between the systems, logistics, energy flow, value stream and the flow of information are being exchanging, development of urban land eco-economy is the inevitable choice of social harmony and economic development (Hu 2005), a principal component analysis model is set up. Then get some deep-seated source of inspiration about the eco-economic development of urban land laws of northeast. The finally aim is at presenting the author’s research into ecological security of the urban ecosystem. In this paper, the authors regard urban Heilongjiang Province as the research object, taking 11 factors as samples to be evaluated by using the software SPSS to count, adopting principal component analytical method to analyze the ecological security with the 12 urban ecosystems. According to the component score, the authors have drawn a certain conclusions and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for ecological security. The results of the study reveal that: Mudanjiang city places first, ecological security rate of the city is higher. However, as the capital city of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin proves even worse than the other cities in ecological security rate, but of course it is of great potentiality to make further improvement.
