Research on Assessment of the Operation Performance of Urban Land Market in Harbin Based on AHP Method
Research on the operation performance of urban land market is not only conducive to urban land market management, but also is the objective requirement of Macro-control for the purpose of optimal allocation of land resource. This paper builds assessment index system of the operation performance of Harbins land market in five levels of the land market degree, competition of market, rationalization of income and cost, equilibrium of supply and demand, price sensitivity. This paper takes the data of Harbin of 2005 as a basis for evaluation. It takes AHP as method and operates with Matlab to assess the operation performance of Harbins land market. The results show that the land market degree, competition of market, rationalization of income and cost, equilibrium of supply and demand, price sensitivity are all in the middle level, the comprehensive evaluation value is 52.82.It shows that the operation performance of urban land market in Harbin is in the middle state of efficiency. Based on the research, the relevant policy suggestions are proposed to improve the operation performance of urban land market of Harbin.
