The Research on Land Use along the Route of Urban Mass Transit in Harbin Countermeasure

The Harbin economy’s development and traffic pressures enlargement sets the urgent need to the urban mass transit’s construction. In 2008, the line 1 urban mass transit in Harbin enters the implementation stage, and the land use along it receives the attention once again. This article on the basis of analyzing the present of land use condition along urban mass transit in Harbin, unifies the influence of urban mass transit to the land utilization, then proposes the land utilization development countermeasure and the suggestion on urban mass transit in Harbin, and for the purpose of promoting the land consolidation use along the route of urban mass transit in Harbin.
