The Research of Chinese Urban Land Transfer Mechanism
By the impact of both the real estate market downturn and loan crisis in the United States, Chinese urban land market emerges an unprecedented crisis, and the problems of the urban land transfer mechanism are gradually exposed. Based on the analysis of existing urban land transfer mechanism, this article identifies the problems of urban land transfer mechanism of urban land problems. In addition, based on the suggestions to consummate Chinese urban land transfer mechanism this article presents an improved appraising flow of determining the land developer. It makes the better use of the land resources and promotes the land market to develop healthily and stably.
