The Analysis of Dynamic Coordinate Game of Dualistic Management for Real Estate Enterprise Virtualization and Substantiation
It exists the problem to seek the path of sustainable sound development in the real estate enterprise just like other modern enterprises. Only the appropriate virtualized management way which belongs to the real estate enterprise itself is set up in the basic point of harmonious interaction, do it can extricate itself from a difficult position better, so that the core competency of real estate enterprise is brought into play effectively. The research proposition is raised on such a premise of virtual practice drive and harmonious management theory, i.e. the implementation and formation of management strategy or preference for the substantiation and virtualization of real estate enterprise are based on the status and complex mechanism of harmonious interaction to a large extent, and it is essential for the virtualized real estate enterprise to make integrate model establishment in the above dualistic harmonious management framework to achieve the Pareto optimization organization goals for the interests of all parties in the virtualized real estate enterprise. Because whether there is a shortage or excessiveness tendency of virtualization in the virtualized management process, it will lead to the failure of virtualized enterprise or management inefficiency. It can promote the benefits maximization and management efficiency of virtualized enterprise obviously to propose the dynamic matching coordinate game management model for real estate enterprise, and it is also beneficial to extricate the current global financial crisis.
