A Study on Security Housing in PPP Model of China

摘要：

This paper provides the idea of the application of PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model in security housing. During recent years, the development of the system of security housing is puzzled by the problem of the capital. This paper analyzes the predominance of PPP, its specific ways, and provides the analysis about the procedure to advance the practice of PPP in security housing.
