Changchun Commercial Dwelling House Price’s Investigation Using Dynamic Capital Market Model
The article is to analyze the influence and drive of Changchun commercial dwelling house prices fluctuation to real estate market of Changchun mainly by using dynamic capital market model. After investigation, it wants to get actual price of commercial house and real price fluctuation after deleting inflation factor and to clarify the trend of nominal price of commercial house,it wants to know how much the influential factor of Changchun commercial house can explain the long-term price fluctuation and promote real estate market of Changchun province actually. Hence, the article has instructional meaning to push real estate market of Jilin province.
