Integrating Spatial Strategy of Urban Agglomeration Based on DEA and DCM

Through integrating the spatial structure of urban agglomerations to enhance their competitiveness, it is an effective way to achieve all around the world. However, previous studies on urban agglomeration have either ignored the multi-dimensional nature of development stages or naively generalized their research findings to spaial strategies. The paper develops a dynamic clustering method based on DEA model, and analyzes the efficiency of the urban economy for the 11 prefecture cities in Jiangxi province, China. According to the calculated results, the 11 prefecture cities are dynamic clustered and the strategic thought put forward from priorities of temporal development, key areas of spatial building, path of industrial development and goals of infrastructure construction.
