A Research on the Forewarning Appraisal of Urban Comprehensive Carrying Capacity
The paper put forth the forewarning appraisal of the urban comprehensive carrying capacity (UCCC) based on the fact that the urban are being faced with all kinds of carrying capacity threats. Firstly, the paper defined the concept and structure of UCCC. Secondly, the paper designed the forewarning appraisal indicators of the urban hard factors carrying capacity according to the elements of UCCC. Thirdly, the paper put forth the forewarning appraisal indicators of the urban soft factors carrying capacity according to the elements of UCCC. Fourthly, the paper advanced the standardization methods of the variables of UCCC and the determining methods of the weighing option of each indicator. Finally, the paper indicated how to put the forewarning appraisal methods based on PCA into practice. Therefore, the paper enriched the relevant research, then provided the urban management of the state and the urban government with the theoretic base and the decision reference.
