Study on Pre-alarm System of Resource-Efficient Cities
For the time being, among various issues coming up in China in the process of urbanization, the most prominent ones are the serious shortage of average resources, the uneven distribution of natural resources and population, the low efficiency in resources utilization, and these issues have caused severe waste of resources as well as environmental pollution, meanwhile, they have restricted the development of Chinese economy, but what is crucial in solving all kinds of these contradictory problems is to build an effective pre-alarm system for sustainable developing and resource-efficient cities. This paper makes a full analysis of the functioning mechanism of environment, resources and economy of resource-efficient cities, furthermore, to build a monitoring and pre-alarm system of resourceefficient cities, to explore the effective solutions for the contradictions and conflicts among environment, resources and economy in the process of attempting to build a city of sustainable development.
