Influencing Factors in the Investment and Financing Mechanism of Environmental Infrastructure
The lopsidedness between supply and requirement is becoming more and more salient in the investment and financing of environmental infrastructure and the deficiency of investment marketization in China. Because the efficiency of the operational mechanism of investment and financing is too low, the environment investment plan made by government can’t be carried out efficaciously. The important guarantee to realize national environment protect target is to establish the investment and financing mechanism of environmental infrastructure that accommodates the market economic and to absorb domestic nongovernmental capital into the environment construction. Establishing an investment and financing mechanism of environmental infrastructure has great theory meaning and practical worthiness to the research of investment and financing practice of environmental infrastructure. This paper mainly researches the investment and financing operation law and mechanism of environmental infrastructure. And analyzes the problem and influencing factor and establishes a full theory frame for the investment and financing mechanism of environmental infrastructure.
