Multiple Criteria Decisions for Project of Warships Replenishment at Sea

摘要：

Warships replenishment at sea is a project which deals with navy replenishment on time, replenishment safety, high replenishment quality, and replenishment economy. Thus it belongs in the category of multiple criteria decision problems. This paper presents the characteristics of project management multiple criteria decisions, analysis objective of Warships replenishment at sea, the principle of multiple criteria decisions for Warships replenishment at sea, outlines the decision making procedure of Warships replenishment at sea, and sets up a model for multiple criteria decisions and discusses its generalizations.
