The Study on Technology and Economics Evaluation of Geological Resources Development Based on Circular Economy Theory
Based on the analysis of geological resources development features, this paper concludes that there is external diseconomy in the geological development corporation, which should be corrected through the construction of institutions to realize the sustainable development of economy. With guidance of circular economy, this paper has overcome the difficulty which is caused by the exhaustibility of geology resource, expanded the meaning of circular economy theory, and put forwards a new technology and economics evaluation idea which is based on circular economy.
