Thoughts over the Sustainable Development of Uranium Resources Based on Circular Economy

摘要：

Circular economy leads the economic activities to virtuous cycle in the way of natural ecosystems, characterized by low input, high utilization, lowemissions (or even zero emissions), so as to eliminate acute conflict between environment and development. How to develop a recycling economy, achieve the goal of three wastes zero emissions and maximize the economic benefits in the mining industry ecological and economic system, is an urgent issue to traditional mining enterprises. This paper is to find out the ways and tactics in uranium resources mining and refining by circular economy theory with respect to sustainable development and circular economy under the influence of the environment by uraniuM resources.
