Utilization of Geological Resources and Option of Economic Growth--A Theoretical Model for Optimized Economic Growth
Traditional model of economic growth in the textbook of economics takes no account for future generations of the protection of environment and the sustainable utilization of geological resources, especially the nonrenewable mineral resources. It is a development model of uncontrolled utilization of resources. The model of one generation use the resources that belongs to the generations of future is defective. The model is not condusive to sustainable human development, nor is a civilized and fair use of geological resources for future generations of development. The way to improvement is combining the protection of resources and those sustainable utilization, ensuring the premise of no pollution to ordered utilization of resources. Thus we can establish the economic growth model of sustainable utilization of geological resources by creative theory and guiding the governments policies.Meanwhile, it can also promote the harmonious and civilized development of human society.
