Discussion on Dynamic Mechanism of Harmonious Development of Mineral Resources
Harmonious development of mineral resources is a new operation mode for resource development, is a revolution from concept to behavior in enterprise. Therefore, the discussion on dynamic mechanism of harmonious development of mineral resources is very important issues not only in theory but also in practice. But so far, regardless of their theoretical research or practice explore, it generally shows a tendency of strong bias towards concept and technology, neglecting dynamic mechanism. In this regard, this paper discussed in three aspects: firstly, the basic characteristics of harmonious development of mineral resources; Secondly, why attention should be paid to the establishment of dynamic mechanism of harmonious development of mineral resources; thirdly, the meaning and optimization of dynamic mechanism of harmonious development of mineral resources.
